Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design; experience in motion graphics is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva is an added advantage.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Animation Skills: Ability to create basic animations and transitions for digital media.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design and motion graphic projects is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
• Design engaging visuals, including banners, posters, brochures, social media content, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand-aligned designs.
• Motion Graphics:
• Create basic motion graphics for social media posts, ads, presentations, and videos.
• Use tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar to produce animated graphics.
• Brand Identity Management:
• Ensure all designs are consistent with SheWings’ brand guidelines.
• Maintain a cohesive visual style across all projects and platforms.
• Content Ideation & Development:
• Develop unique visual content to enhance the impact of campaigns like #FeedTheFuture, menstrual health initiatives, and corporate events.
• Production Coordination:
• Collaborate with external vendors for print production and video editing when needed and Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Market Research & Trends:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Propose fresh ideas to enhance the organization’s creative output.

Stipend: ₹5000.00– ₹8,000.00 per month
